New Telephone Feature – Callback

We are pleased to announce a new telephone feature which allows patients to request a callback.
Instead of waiting on hold for your call to be answered, you can now request a callback from a member of our patient services team. The new system allows us to set a maximum number of callers for the queue, and once this limit is reached, new callers are given the option to receive a callback.
We hope our patients find this new feature both helpful and convenient, especially during busy times, minimising the time spent waiting on the phone.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team learns and adapts to this new feature.
