We are looking for a Phlebotomist to join our clinical team.
We currently have a vacancy for 10 hours per week, spread across two morning clinics.
Ideally, you will have experience in phlebotomy and patient care. However, we can offer full training to the right candidate if needed.
The successful applicant will work under the supervision of the Nurse Lead, providing excellent patient care.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Collect and label venous blood samples in accordance with training and following processes/procedures.
- Assist with patient duties as required, providing support to other team members.
- Be adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities.
- You should be personable, polite, and patient, with excellent communication skills and the ability to show empathy and understanding toward patients’ needs.
- Have a strong understanding of confidentiality, alongside the ability to use your own judgment
- Demonstrate strong IT skills.
