96% describe their overall experience of the practice as good (National: 75% | ICS: 76%)
99% felt listened to during their appointment (National: 87% | ICS: 89%)
98% say they were treated with care and concern (National: 86% | ICS: 88%)
100% say they were involved in decisions about their care (National: 91% | ICS: 92%)
100% felt their needs were met (National: 90% | ICS: 91%)
